Congratulations on a well deserved award. In your words and your actions you have defined this movement as something entirely achievable by every one of us. No special understanding or education is needed, beyond the understanding of each other's needs as human beings, and the affirmation of the conviction that every person born has the inalienable right to be treated fairly. This message is so basic and simple that it is difficult to imagine how we have lost track of it. I am grateful to everyone who has had a hand in planting the seeds of change, and pray for continued building of relationships and healing of our society.
